I have worked with many individuals over the years on a broad range of challenges from depression and anxiety to interpersonal relationship issues, self-esteem,
, change-of-life events, self-discovery/identity issues, body image issues, and trauma and abuse.
Mental health is health. We often talk about the "mind/body connection," neglecting to realize that the brain is indeed part of the body, it is all one. So many of us are walking around emotionally wounded. Most of us have not been taught to think critically about our life experiences, emotions, and triggers, we're simply just reacting and not understanding why we're struggling. In my practice, I work with people to make connections, heal from past hurts, and understand their feelings. I specialize in working with women, but provide services to men and folks anywhere across the gender spectrum.
