I specialize in working with those who are struggling with life transitions, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, loss and grief, terminal illness,
, abuse, chronic pain, spiritual pain, codependency, loneliness, depression and anxiety.
I am a L.P.C. with a MS degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling. I believe that it is helpful to bring your spiritual beliefs into the healing process. Starting psychotherapy is the beginning of feeling at home with yourself. It is a place where you can feel safe, grounded and secure, as you explore the difficult areas in your life that you may not want to face alone. Therapy can help you identify unhealthy thinking, and break destructive patterns, so you can make better choices. It also helps you to discover your own inner strengths that can bring deeper healings from within. We are all a work in progress!
