As a young adult I sought out counseling to help me navigate my life's issues. It felt most beneficial when a therapist, by listening and understanding me, in a nonjudgmental, supportive and educational way, seemed to meet me where I was at both emotionally and mentally- giving me hope, the tools, the time and the motivation I needed to heal. These healing experiences gave me the desire to help others. Thus following their positive examples, I have approached everyone's treatment on an individual basis- knowing everyone is different emotionally and mentally, and are coming from different life experiences.

For those that are interested, I also enjoy working from a spiritual perspective and transpersonal model.
Let’s admit it, life is hard, and with these difficulties come suffering. Seeking counseling for this suffering is sometimes a very scary and difficult endeavor. I admire your bravery in seeking help, and pride myself on providing a non-judgmental, accepting, and comfortable space to explore and work on these struggles together.

With a degree in Transpersonal counseling, my approach includes the mind, body and spirit.
No matter what challenge you are facing, making the decision to enter therapy is one of the most important steps we can take on the path to healing. I do not believe any of us were born to suffer. I seek to help my clients find the opportunities for growth that our challenges present us with. While I support my clients to learn to sit with and accept that difficult emotions are a part of living, I also help clients to identify where unnecessary suffering is created by limited beliefs and self concepts. By resolving unhealed traumas and the burdens of the past, we can experience a more wholehearted, joyful life.

As a psychodynamic creative clinician, I am experienced in doing depth work, and draw upon concepts from energy psychology, transpersonal work, IFS, and mindfulness with a client-centered orientation.
We all have an intrinsic desire to move towards a sense of wholeness, which is achieved through psychological awareness, self-acceptance, and self-knowledge. This process takes courage, insight, vulnerability, and perspective-taking. The goal of therapy is to identify and examine areas that are no longer aligned, provide an opportunity to reflect upon them, and make changes that are aligned in the direction you wish to move. It is natural for humans to recreate what we know, reenact patterns relationally, which become normalized and even anticipated.

When you're stuck in a pattern of overwhelm, we help you break free with a fresh, holistic approach rooted in science, wellness, and nature. If you feel disconnected, and you are ready to embrace a renewed way of relating to the world, we offer a transformative path to help you reconnect and thrive. I founded Wellbrook Wellness Therapy Group out of a deep desire to offer something more meaningful than traditional therapy alone. I envisioned creating a wellness environment—one that not only supports mental health, but also nurtures the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of each client’s well-being.

I help people who feel emotionally and spiritually depleted find their way back to a deeper sense of self. Many of my clients have spent years in survival mode — caregiving, coping with illness, pushing through burnout, or navigating transitions that left them feeling unmoored. Others carry a quiet grief, a loss of direction, or a sense that something essential is missing. Whether you're healing from something specific or simply sensing a call to realign, our work together can support your journey toward clarity, wholeness, and meaning.

Summaries like these are difficult because everyone is treated individually and differently. If there were cookie-cutter solutions, therapists wouldn't have jobs and we could just google it. And when people are looking for a therapist, everyone has their eye out for a slightly different thing. What are YOU looking for? It'd be great to make a profile designed specifically for you. That's basically what therapy is in a nutshell: you bring yourself to therapy and you get an individualized experience designed exactly for your next steps of development and growth. People's needs are very different.

Transpersonal Therapists

How does transpersonal therapy work?

Transpersonal therapy focuses on a patient’s spirituality and meaning in life. Transpersonal therapists might borrow from Eastern traditions as well as Western psychology. They may incorporate techniques including meditation, visualization, hypnotherapy, dream analysis, and or breathwork to produce altered states of consciousness. The therapist helps the patient to access their consciousness and spirituality to work through difficult mental states.

How long does transpersonal therapy last?

Because the goal is to understand a person as a whole, including their spirituality, treatment can range from months to a year or beyond. While patients learn the philosophy behind transpersonal therapy during treatment, they can also practice its principles throughout life after therapy sessions have ended.

Is transpersonal therapy effective?

Patients have found success with transpersonal therapy; this method is useful in improving anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, fears, relationship problems, and other concerns. Improvements in problem areas can continue even after transpersonal therapy ends, as individuals can utilize the tools they’ve learned during treatment sessions.

What are the limitations of transpersonal therapy?

There is some research on the effectiveness of transpersonal therapy, but empirical support for this therapy approach is sparse. It does not have the robust evidence base of other forms of therapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or acceptance and commitment therapy.
