With over 11 years experience as a psychotherapist and as a graduate of Lancaster Bible College specializing in Elementary School Counseling, I am serving as a private practitioner since 2017 working with individuals, couples, children, adolescents and teens. Among my areas of expertise are Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), working with female victims of Domestic violence, and Mental Health disorders. I'm also a published author of a workbook titled Renaissance Program Empowering Abused Women One Step at a time.

I have 32 years of experience as a psychotherapist in helping adults and teenagers with anxiety, depression, grief, unresolved trauma and abuse, limited self awareness and acceptance, and problems in navigating life changes and transitions. I have advanced training and experience in helping people recover from eating disorders. If you are a member of Overeaters Anonymous, welcome! I am also trained in integrating psychological and Christian spiritual health.

Certified by the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, I am trained to integrate your values and beliefs in your work. I am trained to both provide the clinical skills you need, and to integrate a deeper understanding of your faith and values. I have expertise in severe mental illness and am LGBT friendly. I have completed Level 3 of Gottman Theory Training, and am a leader in the Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work program.
