I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 34 years in the mental health field. I have been in private practice for 29 years. I have worked with clients of all ages and socioeconomic groups. I provide Individual, Couples/Marital and Family Therapy.

I work with teens and adults who are in need of outpatient therapy. Treating anxiety is a speciality, which includes: sleep disorders, negative thinking and difficulty concentrating. I use individualized treatment which includes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. At the beginning of treatment, benchmarks for progress are defined.
