Are you ready to start your counseling journey?
In my practice I work to assist clients in regaining a sense of balance and peace in their lives. Together we work through whatever changes or transitions life has presented. These include changes in family, relationship or employment status as well as losses, big or small, that impact his/her life. I assist them in processing through the emotions that go with these changes and/or losses. Mine is a strengths based, client oriented approach. I model the therapy based on what works best for the client and the strengths and skills he/she brings with them to therapy.

I am committed to providing excellent therapeutic care by partnering with people to discover those hidden strengths and resources that can be channeled to successfully meet treatment goals that have been identified by the individual.
I am passionate about helping women find relief from overwhelming feelings. Women decide to meet with me when they are feeling anxious or sad, lacking energy, feeling ‘stuck’, or wanting positive self-esteem. Also, I meet with women experiencing maternal mental health concerns including difficulty with being or becoming a mom, miscarriage support, and fertility treatment support. Dr. Jennifer Collins and I are available for one time fertility evaluations for individuals or couples using donor gametes for assisted reproduction as referred by a doctor.
When you are doing your best and you are struggling to keep up with your expectations; or when you are just not quite meeting others' expectations regardless of how hard you work, maybe it's time to explore if talking or at least sharing space with someone professional could help.
