I am passionate about supporting clients who are coping with a significant loss or life transition, whether through death, divorce, change of profession, infertility, pregnancy, or postpartum. My 14+ years as a bereavement counselor have honed my skills in providing education that will enable clients in discerning how to move through challenges, grow self-awareness, nurture self-compassion, and recognize those parts of themselves that are helpful versus those they'd like to change. My training as an IFS informed therapist is key to how I work with clients and in creating a safe, non-judgmental place in which to heal and evolve.

I have 25 years of experience providing therapy in multiple settings, including inpatient mental health, outpatient day programs, and outpatient drug and alcohol settings. I enjoy working with people living with anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, Addiction issues, and religious trauma/deconstruction, to name a few.

Hello, I'm Katie! I have experience in helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, life adjustments, grief, gender dysphoria and many other areas.
