The therapeutic modalities I draw from include EMDR,
Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Person-Centered/Humanistic.
To me, therapy is an active choice of courage made when we are ready to learn, heal, change, and/or grow. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space full of compassion, presence, authenticity, and curiosity for those ready to embark on this journey. Together, we identify your unique set of values and strengths and use these as a guidepost to move through obstacles, and towards visions for the future. These strengths and values will also help us to create a toolbox of strategies that are right for you, leading to empowerment, clarity, freedom, and fulfillment.
