What is important is what we do with what we have learned from those mistakes and how to deal with the guilt and shame that goes with it. Not as defense shields to distort realities, but instead, to live the life we all desire.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in private practice specializing exclusively in the psychotherapeutic treatment of sexual addiction & trauma. The goal of treatment is on restoring the lives of individuals, partners and families that have been damaged by problematic sexual behaviors, lies and secrecy.
My focus is on providing a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to repair, recovery, resilience and renewal.
