Through the use of insight and supportive therapies, noetic-behavioral and cognitive-behavioral techniques, biofeedback, hypnosis, relaxation and stress management, breathing strategies, communication training, and homework, clients are taught a variety of skills that are grounded in current scientific research and empirically tested strategies. Provided they practice these skills, clients can learn to help promote lasting change within themselves.
