Individual sessions at Face Forward are based in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and along with group therapy assist clients in acquiring valuable skills such as emotional regulation, insight into the importance o self care, and learn effective methods for maintaining their recovery.
What You Can Gain in Therapy: a greater understanding of self, emotional regulation, a greater ability to cope with negative emotion, frustration tolerance, stress relief, a more positive yet still realistic perspective on life, understanding of the importance of self care and methods insight and guidance from an experienced professional.
