Through this approach, the client is able to build their "tool box" by gaining "tools", or skills, to help them move forward with the healthy life they desire.

For over 13 years, I have worked with a wide range of individuals with various diagnoses and concerns including anxiety, OCD, panic, major depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, non-suicidal self-injury, life transitions, stress, ADHD, peer and relationship issues, grief and loss, family conflict, bipolar, SPMI, and chronic health issues.
