I am a Licensed Psychologist with 23 years of experience providing psychotherapy and psychological evaluations. My expertise is in the psychological assessment of children (especially toddlers at 2-4 years old) for Autism and other Developmental Delays. I am a former Naval Officer. In my practice, I also provide long-term Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy for various concerns. I am a Clinical Fellow with the International Neuropsychoanalysis Society with Board Certification.

My clinical experience includes helping individuals, adults, and couples with issues relating to anxiety, depression, life changes, stress management, anger management, grief and loss, trauma, and communication skills. My clients are primarily parents who are experiencing perinatal depression, anxiety and trauma or who have experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth or infant loss, and/or pregnancy complications. Coaching assists a person with creating a pathway to move forward for personal or professional growth. Coaching can help you identify self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that may be preventing you from moving forward. Coaching is not therapy or counseling and there may be times that I will require a person to also connect with therapy when that additional support is necessary.
