As a therapist I support people who feel stuck in their personal or family lives due to feeling depressed, anxious, hurt, hopeless, or angry. All of these issues can make you feel discouraged and our lives become more difficult to manage. But, don't get discouraged. Very often pain in our lives is a necessary component for change and growth even if it does not look like that at this moment.
