My name is Dr. Ronald Willis, Psy.D. and I have served individuals in the field of mental health for the past 30 years. I have extensive experience working with both children and adolescents in the area of behavioral challenges that include Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) and Conduct Disorder. In addition, I have experience providing behavioral supports to adults who are diagnosed with Intellectual Disability as well as providing supports to their families. Educationally, I earned my B.A and M.ED from Temple University and later earned a Doctor of Psychology Degree from Immaculata University.

In life, it's easy to stay on autopilot. While there are times when being on autopilot works for us, there are other times when it doesn't. Through years of studying and practicing psychotherapy, I have become highly skilled at helping my patients to stop living on autopilot, and, instead, to start making CHOICES. Psychotherapy is a process of getting incrementally more honest with yourself. As therapy unfolds and you begin to know yourself more deeply, you can start to examine whether you are living the life you want, and if not, how you want it to change.

I am clinically trained therapist as well as an addiction specialist offering clients a diverse and progressive therapeutic experience. I have extensive experience with substance use disorders as well co-occurring mental health issues. My training has included working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I utilize the assessments to create and develop plans focusing on supportive and individualized therapy. I also provide assessments to help individuals navigate and walk into treatment facilities with no hassles. My goal is to make the process of treatment easier for everyone involved.

Dr. DANIEL SCHWARZ is a Ph.D. Licensed Psychologist in private practice for over 25 years. He specializes in working with children who have learning challenges, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and other behavioral problems. He provides family therapy, parent training and couples therapy. Dr. Schwarz consults with schools and clients' physicians to help coordinate treatment. He is fluent in Spanish and is unique in his ability to be culturally sensitive to his clients needs. Dr. Schwarz provides psychological evaluations for Immigration Issues and Waivers. Dr. Schwarz has four experienced providers in his practice.

Ryan is a marriage and family therapist who offers individual therapy, couples counseling and family counseling for children, adolescents and adults. With degrees from both Millersville University and Walden University, Ryan has worked in a myriad of treatment setting, most notably and recently working in chronically disadvantaged neighborhoods.

You'll lead and I'll closely follow, serving as a skillfully trained second pair of eyes and ears.

My clients describe me as warm, compassionate and funny, but also as direct, challenging, and focused; seeking out the hard and stuck places in their approach to living and loving. I don't try to convince my clients that life is easy or carefree, but I do believe lots of happiness and contentment can be found when we face and come to terms with our truths. Unlike many folks offering therapy services, I bring extensive education and training in analytically informed psychotherapy, which I belief enriches and deepens the work.
