Therapy is a process in which we can experience being seen and heard without judgment, no matter the struggles we confront. Creating a safe space is my first and most essential aim in therapy. I want clients to know this is the space where they can talk, cry, explore, reflect and dig around in their thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgment.
