Maybe you're questioning a career path you used to feel sure about. Maybe a relationship ended, or shifted in a way you didn't expect. Maybe you're adjusting to a new chapter, a move, a new role, becoming a parent, or simply realizing the life you built doesn't fit the way it used to. If you're navigating any of this, you're in the right place.
With over 14 years of experience, I help adults work through anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I use a strength-based, CBT-informed approach, so you leave sessions with tools you can actually use, not just insight.
I provide telehealth across AZ, DE, IL, PA, TX, and VA.

Healing, personal growth and ultimately flourishing, takes effort. We may find ourselves fighting against not only the outside world but sometimes ourselves. And if you are reading this far, then I want you to celebrate…here and now. Offer yourself gratitude. While we may aspire for worldly success in our relationships, work, or daily routines, attempting to do so without knowing ourselves deeply, healing personal and generational wounds, and feeling empowered, we fall short. That's why with clients of varying, intersecting identities and unique concerns, I prioritize personal/systemic insight, authenticity, and acceptance.

Life isn't always easy. Sometimes life can get messy, hard, stressful and unhappy. As humans we shouldn't struggle alone. Sometimes we need someone else to lean on, to hear us and to see us. I am here to meet you where you are.

Something keeps pulling you back — the same patterns, a life that looks right from the outside but doesn’t quite feel like yours from the inside.
You may already have a sense of where it comes from. You can love your parents and still reckon honestly with what they didn’t give you — and stop letting that unresolved tension quietly run your decisions, your relationships, and your career.
If you’ve spent years doing what you were supposed to do and are only now asking whether it’s what you want — that’s not a crisis. That’s clarity.

You learned early on that you’re only “good” if you’re happy or helping. Everyone else around you could be angry or sad or upset, but the minute you had feelings, you were the “bad kid.” That something was wrong with you if you did. You learned to be the “happy kid” or at least “the quiet kid” to feel loved. You keep trying to be seen by taking care of what everyone else needs while sacrificing what you need. And now, you just feel disconnected from the people who were supposed to care. Whether it's parenting, partnership, or just life itself, it can feel like everyone else is allowed to feel what they feel—except you.
