Welcome! I am an Art Therapist, Play Therapist, and Licensed Professional Counselor that specializes in work with children, adolescents, college students, parents, and families. I provide a safe space to release difficult emotions, look carefully at conflict, and provide tools to enhance family connection and inner wisdom. I use both verbal and non-verbal approaches, because sometimes we don't have the words to express what we are going through and need another way to tell the story.
I have a Masters Degree in Art Therapy, and specialize in Attachment-Based Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma Informed Art Therapy, and Compassionate Self Care. I also have significant experience working with families affected by relationships based in power and control.
