Mehrnaz Shoultes is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2020. Mehrnaz believes everyone is their own expert in their healing journey and she helps clients recognize their own strengths. As they are able to identify their strengths, they become more powerful and in control of their lives. Outside of work, Mehrnaz enjoys spending time out in nature, listening to music, dance, and travel.

I work well with a range of problems across the adult lifespan, with experience effectively treating depression, anxiety, trauma and problems with life transitions. I have a clinical interest in effective treatment of PTSD and serious mental illness. Since completing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, I am currently working toward licensure as a psychologist under the supervision of Dr. Hoolahan and Dr. Sell. As a Marine Corps veteran, I have an appreciation for the obstacles that other veterans may face, both at coping with challenges resulting from their service or those that arise through transitioning back to a civilian life.

Laura Troxel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 20 years of practice working with individuals ranging in age from 11 to 70. Laura has extensive experience with individual dealing with life changes, depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar illness, addiction, anger, chronic mental health conditions, parents of children with behavioral health issues, and loved ones of persons dealing with addition.

I believe one of the most important parts of the counseling process is to develop a trusting caring relationship. With this relationship, much can be gained from the counseling sessions. I have worked well with individuals and families who have emotional pain. For many clients, helping them understand what creates such emotional pain, gaining insights puts them on a path for a more fulfilling life. In my practice I work with individuals who have sadness, depression, loss, relationship difficulties, family difficulties, sexual challenges and sexual abuse. My mission in therapy is to respect each client, and walk with them at their healing pace, I believe if we walk together on this healing journey life will be better.

Julie Williams MS LPC is a psychotherapist, who has been practicing since 2009. Her style is collaborative and creative, where your trust is earned. Many of her clients come in to address issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, life stage transitions, and/or professional satisfaction. Julie's treatment approach is experiential including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR. Therapy is focused on developing tools and skills, in and outside of session, to navigate your unique challenges with greater confidence and flexibility.

Korina Hasbrouck is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2006. She has an Associate's Degree in Pre-Professional Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. Korina is specifically trained and experienced to work with individuals, children, couples, and families who are having difficulties with their mental health and relationship issues. Outside of work, Korina enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter, watching movies and good television series with her family, and playing with her silly dogs, Mort and Giddy.

Carly S. Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2017. She has an M. A. in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling. Carly's areas of specialties include family, couples, children previously exposed to trauma, pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum clients. She believes in taking a different approach than most counselors by using her compassion and directiveness rather than giving homework and asking you to color to cope. Carly uses different modalities to work with clients including, but not limited to, Structural Family Therapy, Family Systems, CBT, and Person-Centered.

Leah Arndt is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2019. She has a BA from Lafayette College and an MACMH from Kutztown University. At her core, Leah is a humanist, existentialist, and a proponent of unconditional self-compassion. She has a strong skill set working with teens and young adults but loves working with all humans in general. Other therapeutic areas of strength would be trauma, personality disorders, gender and sexuality, parenting, relationships, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder and ADHD. In her spare time, Leah loves audio books, gardening, and being outside.

Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from Millersville University with a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology. Jennifer believes the foundation for effective therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship. Because of this, she enjoys taking the time to really get to know you as a person to begin to build a foundation together. She works together with you to learn your needs and goals in order to select the most appropriate interventions for your unique needs.

Matt is a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor and is a Nationally Certified Counselor through the NBCC. Matt received his Masters of Education through Kutztown University and has over 14 years of experience working within the Mental Health Field. Within the current scope of his practice, Matt works with adolescence, individuals, couples, and families.

Lois supports adults struggling to connect with others, establish healthy boundaries, or communicate within their current relationships due to early childhood trauma. She utilizes a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to support clients with unconditional regard and occasional humor. Based upon a client’s needs and preferences, her clinical orientation can include a blend of AEDP, family systems, trauma-healing, strengths-based, and narrative therapy. Lois strives to provide a loving "no judgement zone" for clients to pursue their healing. She serves as a cheerleader in her clients' journey towards NEW hope and resilience.

Maureen has a passion for integrating trauma informed care, psychological insights, energy healing techniques, and eco therapy principles to support individuals in their journey towards self-determination and self-awareness. As a professional in the practice of social work Maureen provides holistic care to individuals of all ages across the lifespan.

My work as a therapist with individuals and families is guided by two core values; people are the experts in their own lives and everyone has the capacity to be their best self. I use a strengths-based, holistic approach to therapy through a biopsychosocial and trauma-informed lens. Anxiety, depression, and developmental trauma can be stumbling blocks towards achieving one's goals and I am honored to be part of the recovery journey.
