I work with individuals, couples and young adults who might be struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. I strive to create an authentic connection with my clients, so they have a positive and rewarding counseling experience. I make every effort to provide a personalized experience for everyone to explore self-actualization and increase overall internal peace and wellness.

I address all issues from the perspective of a person's environment. We all exist in the context of a family, a community and a culture. In therapy we often find that there is nothing wrong with us, depression, anxiety, etc., are not innate dysfunctions but rather result from conflict that arises in our environment. I like to help individuals, couples and families learn about these environments to better navigate them as well as learn about themselves and what it means to be who they are in the context of their environment.

I have lived experience with neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, and being in a plus sized body. I have experience working with the above as well as clients with BPD, Bipolar 1 & 2, PTSD, and clients who just feel like they need a safe space to discuss day to day life stressors. I stress to my clients that therapy is for everyone and there is no such thing as a "trauma olympics" where something is better or worse than others! I work with clients age 6+.
