I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience working with children and families. I have experience using holistic approaches to trauma, mood disorders, parenting, relationships, substance use disorders, crisis intervention, disruptive disorders, grief, and postpartum issues. I use evidence-based techniques like Structural Family Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I love working with couples and families! I believe those relationships are powerful, to hurt or to heal, and when family systems change, healing continues long after therapy.

As a therapist, I like to reach out to those who feel their life is spiraling out of control. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Hypnotherapist, I work with individuals who experience chronic anxiety, depression, and unwanted habits. I understand trauma and its affects from a personal and professional standpoint. My style is warm, but solution-focused.

As a LCSW, I specialize in treating adults with physical health conditions, as well as substance abuse and other addictions, through Motivational Interviewing. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat those experiencing depression and/or anxiety. It is important to me to develop an individualized treatment approach with each client.
