I serve individuals with a broad range of mental health needs from life and vocational coaching to depression, anxiety, and trauma including PTSD. I am from a Christian Conservative upbringing and background, but am happy to treat all who seek my services. My modalities are eclectic with a firm foundation in CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Positive Psychology. My formal education: MS in Rehabilitation Counseling and BA in Psychology from Western Oregon University. Certifications I have earned along the way include a certificate in DBT, I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Substance Abuse (CBISA). I was raised primarily in Oregon but have deep rooted ties to Montana as my grandmother was born and raised on a homestead near Plentywood in the early 1900s, and my father grew up in Opheim. I have raised four children of my own (mostly as a single mother) who constantly surprise and amaze me with their talents and activities.
