In psychotherapy, the therapist and client commit to work together to facilitate change. My approach to therapy is both holistic and mindful. The client's treatment is tailored to the client's individual needs by blending elements from different therapeutic approaches. I employ methods including, but not limited to, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based theories, Acupuncture Detoxification, and Hypnotherapy.
