Sometimes, we may struggle to understand what we are experiencing. Life’s unknowns and uncertainties can grow overwhelming, making it difficult to find meaning or navigate the challenges we face. Therapy provides a space to cope with difficult and painful emotions, to explore and understand what we are going through, and to name and make sense of those experiences.
As a therapist I provide a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and understood. We explore and reshape their stories, uncovering new meanings. Using narrative, emotionally focused, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches, I tailor therapy to individual needs, helping clients develop emotional balance and self-awareness.
My experience as a teacher and mentor enriches my work with children, adolescents, adults, elders, couples, and families, helping them achieve psychospiritual balance by challenging societal narratives and fostering authenticity. Aligning body, mind, and heart promotes harmony and helps individuals live authentically and with deeper self-understanding.
