Oz Psychotherapy's goal is to be a safe place to help individuals understand the world they "know" was created by imperfect people with ideas they had to feel safe, loved, and happy. Right, wrong, or otherwise, you also have the same right to go forth to decide and create your own world, like those who came before you, to feel safe, loved, and happy. A place to gain skills, like armor, to be empowered and courageous to be the unique human being you are, and to feel proud despite judgment, opinion, or criticism. We are all a work in progress, each day is a gift, and another chance to make today better than yesterday.

I realized in my years of practice that no single approach will work for everyone. Therefore, treatment is based on each person’s unique needs, symptoms and background. I believe it is imperative to meet clients where they are on their journey to their mental health healing and self-awareness. I like to think of therapy as building mental health immunity.
