Sometimes, people may feel overwhelmed by what is happening in their lives and need help sorting out their feelings, finding solutions to their problems, or just feeling better. I am a licensed clinical psychologist at Transcendence Psychological Services and can help by providing a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic experience. I strive to help people find a new perspective on their problems and provide tools to help them change old patterns so they can increase the joy and peace in their lives.
I tailor treatment to each individual client and utilize different therapeutic approaches ranging from cognitive behavioral to insight-oriented therapy. I see individuals with a broad area of clinical issues, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, relationship, behavioral and self-esteem issues.
Therapy can be very difficult and scary. I will create a space for you to be able to grow and become your genuine self in a safe environment which encourages diversity, inclusion and unconditional positive regard. In addition to therapy, I also provide psychological testing for individuals of all ages to assess for ADHD, autism, etc.
