I have over 25 years of experience in the mental health field helping children, adolescents and adults cope more effectively with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression and loss in clinics, group practice, psychiatric hospitals and public schools.
Many clients have found the application of tools from the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program to be useful for self-regulation, managing fear and being more present for life.
