My clients are individuals, couples, families and groups across the life span. I work with children, youth, adults and elders. If you are facing a difficult life transition, I will accompany you through your anxiety, grief, depression, trauma or other challenges. I offer services to Veterans and their families through a grant from King County. I offer teletherapy.
I believe the expressive arts can be transformative and healing. I love the intersection between creativity, spirituality and psychology. I use drama therapy, expressive arts therapy, play, sandplay and dreamwork to enhance my counseling. I also use traditional talk therapies, drawing on mindfulness practice, existential psychology and Jungian psychology.
In addition to my training as a drama therapist, expressive arts therapist and mental health counselor, I also am trained as a creativity coach, spiritual director and workshop/retreat facilitator. Previously, I was a practicing attorney for over twenty years.
