I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Brainspotting Therapist in the state of Georgia. I am also a licensed telehealth provider in the state of Florida. I work with adults 18+ and have extensive experience treating a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, extensive trauma histories, and other difficult issues. Through my personal experience and the experience of people I have worked with, I believe that we all have an "inner healer". Often we have lost touch with that resource and need guidance in reconnecting to our deepest resources.
My counseling style is warm and engaging. My approach is culturally sensitive and collaborative with clients. I combine Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focus, and Mindfulness therapy. I feel it's important to form a close connection with clients, and I am willing to share some of my own personal experiences to enable that.
