I help adults (18+) heal anxiety, depression, and trauma at the mind–body level. If you feel overwhelmed, weighed down by depression, or stuck in survival mode, therapy can help you move toward deeper, lasting healing — not just coping.
My approach integrates Brainspotting and mindfulness-based therapy to support healing at both the mind and nervous system level. I believe the mind and body already hold the capacity to heal, and therapy can help you reconnect with that inner strength.
My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported. When appropriate, I may share aspects of my own experience to foster connection and authenticity in our work together.
