About
I've worked with clients with a wide range of issues, from day-to-day stress to depression to multiple overlapping problems. I love working with both complicated mental health concerns, and generally healthy people struggling with their ever-changing lives. The first step with any client is to help them identify the key goals they wish to attain. I then support the client to identify barriers to these goals in the context of their life, mind, and body. The exploration will help you generate both self-compassion and avenues for change. Through this, clients often accomplish greater-than-anticipated changes while meeting prior needs.
While I'm a strong believer that the therapeutic relationship is the biggest factor in helping any client - which I build with deep listening, curiosity, thoughtful questions, and a deep presence supported by my daily meditation practice - I am thrilled to draw from an flexible, trauma-informed approach to help my clients make changes in their lives.
I look forward to working with you as we rejuvenate your self-understanding, agency, and well-being. I'm excited to hear about your concerns, and just as importantly, your abilities, which we will use as tools for your ongoing growth. With immediate availability, I hope we can find a time soon to get to know what you are in the process of becoming!
