I specialize in trauma, compulsivity, personality disorders, sexuality, sexual/gender identity, relationship concerns, and spiritual/existential issues. I utilize a psychodynamic, trauma-informed approach with an emphasis on building our therapeutic relationship by taking seriously the amazing privilege of knowing and caring for you.

You will experience empathy, insightful perspectives, and a deep sense of presence supported by my daily meditation practice.
