About
In the 22 years I have been practicing psychotherapy, I have learned to focus on the needs of each individual for we are all unique. And we all need a therapeutic experience that can respond to what makes us tick as individuals in order to unlock and foster our potential in work and love. I create a safe environment where problems in work and love can be resolved in a personal way.
I aim to build a rapport with the people I work with and to immediately begin working toward the goal of removing obstacles that stand in the way of living a more fulfilling life. Usually in the first session, I will offer a working understanding of how your history is a factor in the problem that brought you to my office.
I understand that reaching out for help is a difficult thing to do and that the beginning of treatment is accompanied by anxiety. I will be sensitive to that but not without keeping in mind that people expect to start working on their problem right away and they expect interaction and feedback.
