My approach is dynamic, and in addition to traditional talk therapy, I'm also passionate about incorporating art therapy, play therapy, and recreational therapy into sessions. I work with individuals ages 6+ and utilize DBT, CBT, attachment theory, and psychodynamic approaches. I've worked with people in various settings, including inpatient, residential, addiction, and outpatient treatment. I'm passionate about helping people navigate emotional regulation difficulties, religious trauma, dissociation, anxiety, and identity.
