Do you question why you've had your life's experiences? Do you want clarity about your feelings? Do other people's actions make no sense? Do you feel weighed down by the pain of loss? Through the use of Bibliotherapy, Narrative therapy, Gestalt techniques, motivational interviewing, we can work together to discover a deeper purpose and meaning for your unique life and responses. Individuals and families are encouraged to explore the stories they tell to discover the themes and strengths that illuminate their own solutions toward healthy growth and resiliency. On a path of healing, clients can learn to find their own precious light.
Therapeutically, my focus is on grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I work to create an environment where you'll feel safe enough to express a wide range of emotions. By learning how to embrace your authentic self, and by discovering new avenues for emotional freedom, you can begin to uncover the parts that are filled with health and serenity.
As a certified Thanatologist (CT), I've spent my career studying life, death, dying, and bereavement (grief and mourning) from multiple perspectives— physical, psychological, spiritual, ethical, and emotional. Reach out if you are actively searching for purpose and meaning behind loss and suffering to discover new pathways for emotional freedom.
