I work with adults struggling with the effects of trauma, domestic violence, PTSD, dissociation, anxiety, and depression. Many feel stuck in survival mode, overwhelmed by their past, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we create a safe space to process experiences, build coping skills, and work toward healing.
I specialize in trauma treatment, including Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and other trauma-related disorders. I earned my Master's in Social Work in 2018, became an LCSW in 2021, and opened my private practice that same year. I utilize EMDR, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy to tailor treatment to each client's needs.
