We are all human, imperfect, and want/need grace. Mental health is a part of our overall health, not separate from it. We cannot disconnect the head from the body. All sessions are conducted with empathy and compassion, with or without equines. We are currently accepting new clients on the neurodevelopmental spectrum, as our caseload allows. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, TriWest, TRICARE, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and UHC, in addition to private pay with a deeply sliding scale. We can also do a single case agreement or supply a superbill for out of network insurance.
Seeking therapy takes courage. The therapeutic relationship is the biggest predictor of positive outcomes. I encourage you to find a therapist that is a good fit for you.
Each person's life experiences form the lens through which we view the world. We are all different, and thus, our perspectives are different.
