| Español My goal as a trauma-informed psychotherapist is to provide evidence-based interventions for individuals who are struggling and seek to make positive changes in their lives. As a bilingual and bicultural (Mexican/American) therapist. I am fluent in Spanish and a certified Anger Management Specialist.
As a trauma-informed clinician, I am trained in several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
We will work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address those issues with long-lasting strategies that help you get closer to your goals and feeling more positive.
