I welcome those who have been abused, either by physical abuse, sexual, or emotional/psychological. I am level 3 trained for Gottman Couples Counseling as well as specializing in treating those with PTSD ( not related to military). I also work with children that have difficulty in navigating through the trauma that they have suffered.
I am currently working towards becoming a certified Gottman couples counselor. My orientation is focused mainly on Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I am specifically trained for Crisis counseling as well as treating those that have suffered from childhood sexual abuse. I am a Christian therapist that believes in the grace of God.
I primarily focus on family of origin issues but refuse to camp there forever. We can move toward and become victors not victims.
