Do you feel like you're going crazy? That you just cannot do anything right? Do you feel stuck but want to leave? Are you being: belittled, criticized, stalked, harassed, accused of cheating, or threatened? Or maybe, you are the one feeling insecure in the relationship and are doing these things. Relationships can be hard and confusing so I am here to help with guidance. This is individual counseling. I do not provide couples counseling due to the toxic nature of abuse. I want the person to feel safe coming to me and sometimes, people can hold back or feel unsafe due to a partner's actions.
I provide counseling through the use of CBT, EMDR, EFT, and energy healing/Reiki.
I use online counseling because it focuses around your life. I offer secure and confidential videoconferencing, text, and email-whether you're down the road in your living room or vacation halfway across the country.
