I use both verbal and non-verbal approaches, because sometimes we don't have the words to express what we are going through and need another way to tell the story.

The Center, LLC is a group psychology practice dedicated to providing top-notch, warm, personal psychological and nutritional counseling services as well as biofeedback and neurofeedback. I work to help children with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and family changes. I utilize creative methods such as art and play to help children feel safe and build a positive therapeutic alliance. With couples and families I strive to create a safe space where everyone feels heard. I can help work through communication issues, negative patterns and cycles, family and couple roles, and attachment.
