Groups
Yoga for Kids
This unique yoga class combines therapy and yoga for children dealing with anxiety, or ADHD, or Autism. The five week class teaches skills to reduce anxiety, increase focus and improve social skills. The class size will be small and open to children of all ages. The classes will organized by the ages of the children.
