I specialize in treating those who have suffered past traumas and abuses. I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which along with trauma-focused CBT are the recommended treatment approaches for PTSD by the National Institutes of Health. I additionally specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Through my specialization in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I am able to provide treatment for a variety of problems in addition to trauma based ones.
