I think of psychotherapy as a joint effort between myself and my patients. My experience is varied. I treat adults, individuals and couples with relationship problems. My expertise in working with patients with post traumatic stress makes me particularly well suited to treating patients impacted by the covid-19 virus.

My goal is to meet you wherever you are in your journey, and provide the structure and safety of the therapeutic environment, to determine a plan that is specific to your circumstances, and help you put that plan into action to achieve your goals.
