I received a BA in Clinical Psychology from The College of NJ in 2005 and my MSW from Rutgers University in 2011. I worked in community mental health and served clients living with traumatic brain injuries, chronic illnesses, substance use disorders, and disabilities. In my years as a hospice social worker, I counseled individuals, groups, and families of all ages through end-of-life issues such as grief, discomfort, advocacy, communication, and planning. Eventually, I made the switch to becoming a therapist.
