I see adolescents and adults who suffer with various issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, relationship problems, as well as substance abuse and addiction. I created this practice as a place where families can receive support for developmental disabilities, special needs, and psychological disorders across the lifespan. The majority of our referrals are to investigate specific diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Intellectual Disabilities or other developmental disabilities. Therapy is rooted in a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model and we place a great deal of importance on the therapeutic alliance we build with patients. Our passion is to provide supportive, educational and therapeutic services to assist the growth of the child from birth and beyond.

I am trained in approaches including, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Play Therapy Techniques. I am also certified in postpartum support for perinatal mood disorders.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in the treatment of Mood Concerns, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorders, ADHD and Anger focused treatment. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (IATP) and believe in taking a nurturing approach when supporting others with processing Trauma and Symptoms of PTSD. I have twenty years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children. I have an extensive background as a family therapist and enjoy coaching couples.
