I specialize in therapy for individuals, seeing adults of all ages. I enjoy working with men and women, LGBTQ or straight. My book, "How to Get and Give Love - Relationship Maps" is widely available online and at Amazon.com. I also have post-doctoral training in Hypnosis and have particular interests in Stress Management, Mindfulness and Meditation.
My style as a therapist is ACTIVE, PRAGMATIC, and HOLISTIC. I see therapy as an active collaboration between me and the patient. I'm interested in practical and realistic solutions. I have a particular interest in the Mind-Body connection and offer a mindfulness-based Stress Management Program.
