My style integrates body approaches that help regulate nervous system function to help you live from a place of ease and flow in your body. It also includes a year long study in nutrition and how food can play a major role in ailments like depression and anxiety.

I have many years of experience working with early childhood trauma and severe, persistent mental illness, varying from ages of 5 years to 70+. My goal is to empower and advocate for positive change within you, as the individual, and the system as a whole. The place that we will create together is a safe and judgement free space. I work through an Existential foundation, to help those I work with seek meaning and purpose, with skills built from experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, all within the context of a trauma-informed approach.

Hello! I specialize in Gender Therapy, and I primarily work with trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals working through varying topics like interpersonal conflict, day-to-day stressors, gender exploration, or past trauma. I'm able to assess and write GAS and HRT letters when appropriate.

We provide holistic counseling services that aim to meet the emotional needs of individuals throughout the community. Areas of specialization include managing moods, working through interpersonal conflict, and improving emotional management/coping associated with anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Through the application of diagnostic assessments and services geared towards individuals, we strive to meet the holistic, psychosocial, and ever-changing needs of our clients.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for working with children and teens. I enjoy teaching new skills such as coping mechanisms for the client to try and reflect on. I am passionate about meeting clients where they are and building from there.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and group therapy. In addition to more traditional counseling techniques, I also offer yoga, mindfulness, and EMDR therapies as a way to help clients work through distress and build resiliency.

Dr. Gilbert specializes in difficulties with impulsive behaviors and actions including self-harm, chronic suicidality and suicidal actions, dyscontrolled anger, and the quickly shifting mood states and interpersonal chaos that often accompany these behaviors. He also specializes in the treatment of the effects of complex interpersonal trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder. Additional areas of interest include mindfulness-based approaches to health and wellness, depression, severe and persistent mental illness, men's issues, cycling mood disorders, and most general mental health difficulties.

My clinical skills are vast after over 30 years in private practice and 40 years as a social worker. I have worked with the military in Europe as a family therapist and participate in the Give an Hour Program here in Kentucky. I serve on several boards including the Kent School Social Work Board, and the National Association of Social Work Ethics Committee.

Ashley is a Kentucky Board Certified LCSW Supervisor who has been in the role as a senior therapist for a decade. She is the owner of The Delta Group which specializes in telehealth services with a focus on: Trauma Related Disorders (including Racial Trauma), Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders, Adjustment and Transitional Concerns, Parenting Challenges, and LGBTQIA Issues.

I am a Certified Social Worker (CSW) in Kentucky who specializes in trauma therapy, addiction, anxiety, and PTSD. I have experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with a variety of personality and mental health disorders. I previously worked for the VA where I found a passion for working with Veterans. I have been working in addiction counseling for the past couple of years providing services for sober living homes around Kentucky. I have had my own struggles which has placed me where I am today, and I absolutely love being a therapist and being able to help people toward their journal to healing.
