I have adopted a mind-body-spiritual focus while working on issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression and addictions. I try to get each client to strive for balance among all aspects of their daily lives while trying to heal themselves from within. Adults and adolescents with anxiety and eating disorders with trauma histories resulting in addictive behaviors has been my primary focus. My goal is to assist clients in developing strong assertiveness skills through which self-empowerment and a sense of identity can emerge.

Hi! My name is Meagan (she/they) and I have had the privilege of working with clients of all different backgrounds at both the residential and outpatient level of care. I prioritize creating a safe and inviting space for individuals to begin their healing journey and am grateful to have the opportunity to help individuals explore how pieces from our past can continue to impact us as we continue to get older. I strongly believe in taking an individualized and empathic approach in order to empower individuals as they strive to meet their goals, as well as to ensure they feel supported and heard.

I strive to find solutions that are "Skills Over Pills" when starting therapy. I am passionate about helping teens and adults that are struggling to better themselves. It can be scary to feel that you are “behind others” life, but I can help you refocus on the positive aspects of yourself and what you are truly capable of. I have experience with LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, life changes, and trauma. I have worked with individuals, groups, and in hospital settings. I also taught parenting classes and have experience with career counseling. All of my experience is focused on guiding others along their journey.

I have worked in a residential treatment home, community agency, psychiatric unit, and school setting; subsequently, I have experience working with a variety of issues. Having worked closely with adoptive families, families experiencing crisis and violence in the home, veterans, and individuals managing severe and persistent mental illness, Colleen is well versed in the treatment of trauma and attachment, mood, anxiety, psychotic, as well as personality disorders.

Dr. McGrath is an experienced clinician with over a decade of successfully working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of concerns. Her clinical experience is expansive. She has led social skills groups for pre-adolescent and adolescent boys and girls; conducted ADHD assessments and psychological evaluations; administered intelligence screenings for gifted children, and has led grief and bereavement groups for adolescents in private and public schools. In addition, she has taught undergraduate courses at Wheaton College.

Antonio Salvat, Psy.D., LMFT has a doctorate in clinical psychology and is a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist. He specializes in individual, couples, and family therapy with adolescents and adults of various backgrounds and sexual orientations. Dr. Salvat has worked with people struggling with depression, anxiety, Asperger's Syndrome (autism spectrum), Borderline Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, thought disorders, emotional disorders, sexuality and gender, co-dependency, boundary issues, and general life problems.
