I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. We all experience stressful or challenging moments in life or face obstacles which may seem insurmountable. During these times, we can benefit from professional support to make important changes in our behaviors and thoughts to help tackle these obstacles. I collaborate well with my clients to provide the skills they need to make their own lives better. By practicing using newly learned skills, clients are empowered and continue to be successful regardless of the new challenges they may face later.

Let's clarify a few things! Often people who experience anxiety, depression and panic attacks feel like they are stuck forever. They have gone through difficult life challenges or tough transitions that are taking a toll on their ability to cope as well as they would like. Unresolved hurts show up as restlessness, sleeplessness, negative self-beliefs, loss of purpose, panic, anger, anxiety, and/or depression. My practice specializes in providing individual therapy to women of all ages who are struggling with attachment trauma, anxiety, divorce, motherhood, and relationship conflict. My specializations include attachment focused EMDR, perinatal mental health, insecure attachment, anxiety, and trauma. I offer attachment informed psychotherapy which is based off the principle that early relationships with caregivers profoundly influence our ability to trust and feel safe with others. This can show up most commonly in our adult relationships.

I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I'm in the process of earning AASECT-approved Certification in Sex Therapy (CST).
