I help teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, panic, deal with self harm, eating disorders, feelings of emotional abandonment , have better relationships, maintain sobriety and to live a life of happiness. I will help you get back on track. I am eclectic in my orientation and offer a holistic approach using cognitive behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, stress management, meditation and yoga practices which I learned growing up in the Himalayan mountains. I enjoy working with clients from multicultural backgrounds whether they are adults, teenagers couples or families.

I specialize in treating adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and difficulties due to relationship and family dynamics. I support individuals and couples in their relationships and personal growth. Your patterns might be keeping you from connecting with your authentic self and living a fulfilling life. I am a compassionate and caring counselor who focuses on individual counseling. I specialize in guiding young men in choosing their path in life. Utilizing tenets from both western and eastern philosophies, I challenge young men to look at the world critically, analytically and to assist them in grasping who, and what they really are.
